Which Drill Should I Use When Drilling A Hole Through The Wall

You will need this function if you have a solid wall made of concrete or brickwork. If you are drilling through a lightweight wall, switch off the hammer drilling.
Impact drilling is often not advisable, even in very old brick masonry. Try it without the hammer drill function and only switch it on if there is no other option.
The Drill should have at least 800 watts of power. For thicker walls, you should use even more power or use a hammer drill.
This works a little differently than a hammer drill; above all, the impact power is much higher.

Which Drilling Bit Should I Use When Drilling A Wall From Inside To Outside
The only possible Drill is a stone drill (concrete, brick) or a multi-purpose drill (plasterboard).

How To Drill A Hole Through The Wall Step By Step
Here is a short guide with a few tips:
1] Use a marker to Mark the drilling location with a cross Or use the drilling machine to Mark a hole in the Wall.
2] Use a hammer and a nail to make a small hole to guide the drilling bit. Then, the Drill can no longer slip away so easily.
If you don’t want to use a nail to make a hole, use the Drill to make your first hole, but make sure it is not in the Hermann drill.
3] Start without hammer drilling until the Drill has a good base, and then switch to hammer drilling mode.
4] Drill (especially on brick walls) at a relatively low speed, and make sure you drill slightly downwards.
When working on concrete walls, you should take a break now and then so that the Drill and Drill do not overheat.
5] When you have passed the first hard layer, which is the first plaster or bricks, you will notice that the drilling has become easy and feels empty.
Moving the Drill forward, you will notice another hard layer, which is the plaster at the other end.
For you to penetrate through the last layer of the Wall, change your Drill into a normal drill so you won’t crack the surface of the end wall.
Most people make the mistake of leaving their drilling machine at the hammer drill function when trying to penetrate through the final point.
Note: Do not drill into clinker and solid brick masonry using the hammer drill function.
6] If you can find someone to press a board against the Wall on the opposite side, there will be less plaster chipping when drilling.
But step 6 is optional. Just follow the right process provided in step 5, but if you insist on using the board, it will also give you good results.

7] If you are aiming Ø 19 mm, for example, You should first pre-drill with a smaller bit, Then change the bit to a larger one. Do it continuously until you get the exact size you want.
